So close to buying a house…
But still miles away. I signed my contingent contract to purchase. I swear to you, I’ve walked up and down that model home at least 30 times. My legs, butt, and thighs have got such a good workout from those stairs. LOL
Basically the home is about 273K to start. After upgrades, it could go upwards to about 300K. My credit is awesome, so the monthly is good, as well as VA financing. The only thing is I need to get a civilian job soon, or else I can’t close on the house. Honestly, this is going to take lots of prayer, and supplication, as well as discussion with my father.
You know, buy the girl a house before you meet her. That way moving in is the only thing you gotta worry about after she says “I do.” Also, I prepared, and made sure I have enough space for children, should I be blessed enough to have them. Getting old, man….crazy.
