I am going insane.

I need work. Not regular work, but career type work. I need to start making money. I have only one computer systems certification (A+) and I need more. I need Net+, I need Sec+. I need something, man. To get my foot in the door, so I can gain more knowledge. My brain is so tired from today. I submitted at least 35 applications and resumes to all kinds of places in and out of town. AAAAAH!

So close to buying a house...

But still miles away. I signed my contingent contract to purchase. I swear to you, I’ve walked up and down that model home at least 30 times. My legs, butt, and thighs have got such a good workout from those stairs. LOL Basically the home is about 273K to start. After upgrades, it could go upwards to about 300K. My credit is awesome, so the monthly is good, as well as VA financing....
